UrbanStone's Slalom Bullnose - The Ultimate Pool Coping

The unusually sophisticated Slalom shape of UrbanStone’s latest pool coping triumph directs water and run-off away from the swimming pool edge, saving on maintenance and cleaning.

Finished in a popular quarry texture, the ingeniously practical and attractive new coping has a full 55mm thick bullnose edge, making it appear at once substantial and elegant.

The natural slalom shape also adds to the safety of the pool’s users in that its shape allows a natural and easy grip for small children and more elderly adults who may be in the pool.

Internal and external radius corners are also available to cope with the conventional 90 degree corner shapes and the Slalom Bullnoses come in ideal 600x300x40 and 300x300x40 sizes.

According to UrbanStone General Manager, Mike Falconer, the new Slalom design has been created for those who are looking to create a pool which is identifiably different.

“These bullnoses can also be installed on UrbanStone’s new Deco tile base”, he said.

Mr Falconer added that the Deco tile will give additional colour, shape and form to any new pool and will cover the normal unsightly gap that typically exists between the pool top and the underside of the bullnose coping, in ordinary pool paving installation.
